Maggie June Salesman is a photographer and artist residing in Atlanta, GA. She is easily seduced into making images about intimate personal relationships and the balance she finds in nature. Through her love of light and strong composition Maggie strikes a balance that allows the viewer to fall into the murky emotions of her photographs.
“My work is so much of who I am. A quiet persona with an active mind. Each image is a monument, an opportunity, to examine the fleeting beauty found in everyday life.”
Inspired by the work of many photographers; including Nan Goldin, William Eggleston, Henrich Kuhn and Stephen Shore, Maggie continues to hone and cultivate story telling through photography.
